The first booklet offers easy-to-use tips on planning, delivering and reinforcing advocacy messages such as writing a complaint or feedback letter and a letter to the media. The second booklet provides an overview of the employment situation of people with disabilities in Singapore, highlights the factors responsible for their low employment rate, and provides practical solutions to eliminate those barriers.
